Return Policy

At B U C K Boutique, we are happy to accept returns and will issue store credit for the amount of the item(s) you wish to return. Please review our full return policy below.

  • To initiate a return, please email shopatbuck@gmail.com. 
  • Returns are for store credit only! No refunds will be issued.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Items marked FINAL SALE may not be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
  • All returns must be requested within 20 days of order receipt.
  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with tags still attached. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, or smell of smoke or perfume, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
  • Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise. Please contact shopatbuck@gmail.com for assistance.

Items not meeting the above guidelines will be returned to you at your expense; after 30 days, all non-returnable merchandise will be donated. For additional information on returns, or if you have a question that wasn’t answered, please email us at shopatbuck@gmail.com

When will my return be processed?

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your email. Upon receipt of your email, we will send you the address of where to return your item(s). Again, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. 

How does the exchange process work?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. If you are in need of a different size, you can purchase your desired size from our website and return the original item following the Return Policy detailed above.
